Designed and implemented e-commerce (EDI) based information system to provide in transit visibility/virtual shelf program for a global semi-conductor manufacturer – implemented over a 3 year period to include all key global locations and service providers

Developed solution design and implementation plan for global supply chain ‘virtual workplace’ for major Japanese electronics manufacturer. Collaborated with local Tokyo operations team and solution partners to provide integrated transportation and information technology solution.
Brand Integrity – Authentication and Control
Engaged by manufacturer of electronic consumer products, to include TV, household appliances and cellular telephones to assist with major supply chain security issues in global operations. Designed ‘blueprint’ for supply chain risk mitigation that included operational best practices as well as technology components.
Control Tower Technology
Engaged by global network Component Company to develop ‘go to market’ plan for business solutions in the area of supply chain visibility; this included training of sales and marketing personnel in Europe, APR and the USA.
